When you submit a form on our website (contact, enrollment, discovery flight booking, or quick-lead), we collect the information you provide directly:

• Program interest, preferred location, or discovery flight destination

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry within one business day
• To schedule flights, lessons, or campus visits you request

Who we share it with

Your submissions are stored in the following systems:

• Pipedrive — our customer relationship system. A contact record and deal are created for follow-up by our team.
• Resend — our transactional email provider. Notification emails are delivered to our intake inbox.
• Cloudflare — our website host. Standard hosting logs (IP, user agent, requested URL) are retained per Cloudflare's terms.

We do not share your information with any other third party for marketing purposes.

SMS / Text messages

If you check the consent box on any of our forms, you agree that we may contact you by SMS text about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies by conversation. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Opting out will not affect other services we provide.

Cookies & analytics

We use Cloudflare's privacy-friendly web analytics to understand aggregate traffic. It does not set cookies and does not identify individual visitors. We do not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or similar personalized-tracking scripts on this site.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Lead records are retained in Pipedrive for as long as the relationship is active, plus a commercially reasonable period. You may request deletion at any time.
